We meet quite a few people along the way who have never heard of TED, which kind of surprises us. This non-profit organization, started in 1984, is an endless source of eye-opening inspiration. It never seizes to amaze me how inventive and resourceful people are. Not only because of their brilliant ideas, but also in the way they tell and portrait their stories. An average TEDtalk takes about 15 minutes, which is well in reach of the average human attention span… It’s even possible to find fascinating talks under seven minutes.
The website keeps growing and expanding with new ideas like TEDbooks, TEDcommunity and much more.
For me this is one of the best things the internet has produced so far.
If you want to give it a go, just start by watching the video in this post and enjoy.
