During our pilgrimage we discovered the greatness of audiobooks. Especially when we had to walk on asphalt for hours, they would turn a boring day into an inspring one. And it is not only just because you can listen to a good book while doing something physical, but also because it’s astonishing how the reader of the book creates a different experience through the use of different voices.
So next time you are stuck in a traffic jam or need to do something you are not really looking forward to, you can try out the audio version of your book.
These are the ones we really have enjoyed listening to:
The power of now, Eckhart Tolle
Pillars of the earth, Ken Follett
Millenium triology, Stieg Larson
Harry Potter, J.K. Rowling
Conversations with God, Neale Donald Walsch.
